Coronary-Cameral Fistula Secondary to Pacemaker Implantation.

A 68-year-old man had a dual-chamber pacemaker implanted after developing complete heart block following surgical aortic valve replacement at an outside institution. He presented to our hospital 6 months later with new-onset heart failure (ejection fraction of 25%, reduced from 60% post-operatively
