This paper approaches the issue of the possible relations between the adoption of norms of corporate governance, conscious capitalism propositions and the international liability of the business corporations in the promotion of human rigths, based on the UN Global Compact and the Business and Human Rights Guinding Principles, better known as Ruggie Principles.
