Calibration System Design of SF_6 Micro Water Transmitter

A special system used to calibrate SF6 micro water transmitter for GIS high voltage switch with power system was designed.The system realized calibration quickly and accurately for micro water transmitter through the inspection operation of repeated vacuum,filled with different humidity gas,ect.Automatic storage,real-time display and print of calibration results was realized.
