Sociální opora pro ženy s onkologickým onemocněním

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of social support to women with cancer. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of social support, oncological diseases, ways of providing social support, and individual aspects that influence for receiving and providing social support. The practical part is the study of the ways in which family and friends provide social support to women with cancer. To achieve the research objectives the semi-structured interviews for the study sample were used.
