Un análisis de la corrupción en América Latina

espanolEl presente articulo reflexiona sobre el aumento en la frecuencia de las noticias y la dimension de los escandalos relacionados a corrupcion en America Latina y si ello significa que el fenomeno va en aumento. Para el autor, la pregunta es en realidad retorica y no anade mucho a la discusion sobre como hacer f rente al problema. Lo que es indudable es que hay una aceptacion de que el problema es grande, pero tambien que hay algunos logros a la vista, los cuales deben seguir siendo aplicados, replicados y mejorados. Para el autor, el panorama no es tan negativo c omo parece a primera vista pues existen algunas tendencias en la lucha contra la corrupcion en la region que favorecen el optimismo, aunque aun hay mucho camino por recorrer. For the author, the question is actually rhetoric and does not add much to the discussion on how to deal with the problem. What is undou btedly there is an acceptance that the problem is great, but also that there are some achievements in sight, which must continue to be applied, replicated and improved. For the author, the outlook is not as bad as it seems at first glance because there are some trends in the fight against corruption in the region that favor optimism, although there is still a long way to go.
