Influencia de la temperatura de subcultivo sobre el comportamiento frenta al calor de los esporos de Bacillus stearothermophilus

1991
The effects of recovery temperature (40-650 C) on the apparent behaviour of heattreated spores of Bacillus stearothermophilus were studied using as plating media nutrient agar (NA), dextrose triptone agar (DTA) and antibiotic assay medium (A-AM). Colony counts increased with temperature from 45 to 60o C. DT values obtained at 50-600 C were slightly higher than those at 650 C and 40-450 C. z values were not modified by incubation temperatures.
