Feedback start circuit without inverted tube in bandgap reference circuit

The invention discloses a feedback start circuit without an inverted tube in a bandgap reference circuit. The feedback start circuit comprises a power generation module vdd_gen, a bandgap reference module bandgap and an LDO (low dropout regulator) feedback circuit; the power generation module vdd_gen generates various bias voltages to provide the module and other modules to use; the bandgap reference module bandgap is used for bandgap voltage; the LDO feedback circuit generates various current leakage and is used for stabilize output voltage of the bandgap reference module bandgap. The inverted tube is not used in the start circuit, the start circuit can be automatically switched off with the feedback circuit, and non-equilibrium state of the circuit can be well deviated.
