Challenges faced to health care system and international reform trend

Increasing of medical expenditure and lack of equity are common problems to health care system international. For most middle and low income countries, limited access to health insurance, limited benefit package due to weak fiscal capability and undeveloped health care management system are main challenges. International trends in health sector reform includs sharing cost, payment system reform, introduction of competition, administration system reform, emphasizing government responsibility and supervision, and setting up long term care system.
