Photoelectrochemical reduction reaction based on the detection of dopamine in situ oxidation

2015
Situ oxidation-reduction reaction based on dopamine graphene oxide, establishing a fast and easy determination of dopamine photo chemical analysis. Weakly alkaline electrolyte, dopamine redox reaction with graphene oxide, the graphene oxide which is reduced and the polymer is formed dopamine oxide as electron acceptor can be adsorbed on the electrode modified with a redox graphene cathode current increases due to the light, the photocurrent increases with the degree of dopamine content was measured linearly, so no marker chemical sensor type photoelectric prepared not only to achieve an easy to graphene oxide, green reduction, while achieving dopamine rapid, simple and sensitive determination of its specific redox reaction, which apparatus is simple, non-toxic and environmentally friendly, high selectivity, and successfully applied to the detection of dopamine in human urine.
