Study on the Controlling Techniques about Network Congestion

This paper analyzes some causes about TCP/IP-based network congestion,hence,it discusses about the plan of TCP/IP agreement for controlling congestion and then takes a comparative study on the TCP/IP-based congestion controlling strategies, consequently,the paper provides a way to solve the problem raised from the sub-network.
