중요도-실행도(IPA)를 이용한 피부미용 종사자들의 하이드로 배스에 관한 인식

As new trends of wellness and Lohas are formed along with national income growth, the domestic skin care industry shows changes in a variety of forms such as resort spa, medical spa and hotel spa. These spas diversify the programs using spa equipment. The places to use hydrobath are growing. This study is intended to look into skin care workers" perception of hydrobath using IPA, and provide basic data for the development and supply of skin care programs. To achieve this, a self-administered questionnaire survey was carried out to 320 skin care workers across the country through August 10 to September 15, 2015. The data were collected by visit, mail and e-mail. The SPSS WIN version 21.0 was used to process a total of 160 copies except for unfaithful responses of collected 245 questionnaires by computer statistics. The results were as follows. First, the IPA for skin care workers" perception of hydrobath showed that the physical · physiological effect and cost sales of hydrobath were located in the ‘need for maintenance of current good work state’ area - quadrant 1, the customer management in the ‘need for intensive improvement’ area - quadrant 2, the salon marketing customer management in the ‘low priority’ area - quadrant 3, and the weight loss in the ‘possibility of excessive waste’ area - quadrant 4, respectively. Second, the IPA of hydrobath items showed that there was a significant difference in the items of ‘customer satisfaction’(t=2.759, p=0.006) and ‘salon marketing customer management’(t=2.219, p=0.028), but no significant difference in other items(p>0.05). Third, the importance analysis of hydrobath according to skin care workers" general characteristics showed that there was a significant difference according to career(K=11.130, p=.025) and floor space(K=13.760, p=.008). solving abilities appearing 47 times, learning content.
