Compact Tunable Laser Array for WDM-PON in 5G wireless networks

A 12-channel 100-GHz-spacing thermally tunable multi-wavelength DFB laser array is demonstrated based on reconstruction-equivalent-chirp technique with good single-longitudinal-mode property (SMSR $\gt 50$ dB) and small temperature tuning range $(15.5^{\circ}\mathrm{C})$.
