Bank IC Card Reissue System Based on Pre-write Technology

In accordance with the difficulties and feasibility in pratical operation of the traditional method that collects first and then processes concentratedly the data,a bank IC card reissue system based on pre-write technology is proposed,which uses the widely-distributed IC readers of bank branches.This paper describes in detail the software design,the preservation of original IC card data and the security key rewrite.
