Fabrication of Transparent Soft Actuator toward Realizing Three-Dimensional Transparent Soft Actuator

To realize three-dimensional transparent soft actuator, we show driving method of a dielectric elastomer actuator (DEA) in three-dimensional shape in this paper. We construct systems to apply pre-stretch to fabricated DEA with uniaxial direction by using weight and three-dimensional direction by using water pressure. Then, we evaluated the displacement of DEA with each system.
