5,5′‐Dimeth­oxy‐3,3′‐(3‐fluoro­phenylmethanedi­yl)bis­(1H‐indole)

The title compound, C25H21FN2O2, was synthesized by the reaction of 5-meth­oxy-1H-indole and 3-fluoro­benzaldehyde in ethanol, using CuBr2 as a catalyst under microwave irradiation. In the crystal structure, there are two inter­molecular hydrogen bonds, one N—H⋯O and one C—H⋯F, also one inter­molecular N—H⋯π(arene) contact.
