Fuzzy-Dijkstra Algorithm Implementation on Determining Logistic Distribution Route for Evacuation Post of Merapi Eruption Victims

2017
Indonesia had been formed from a series of volcanoes. The most active volcano mount in Java Island even Indonesia is Merapi Mount. Since 1600’s, it had erupted more than 80 times. Among 2010 caused a lot of damage, loss, and fatalities. Sleman District was the most severe damage area. Much financial loss and 246 people there passed away on that disaster. The responsive form of disaster mitigation actions is the logistics distribution. Determining the logistics distribution route is the most crucial actions. This make it easy logistics distribution to the evacuation posts as disaster mitigation in overcoming post disaster effectively and efficiently. The research is to determine logistics distribution route for the evacuation posts of Merapi Mount erruptions’s victims in Sleman District by Fuzzy-Dijkstra Algorithm. Fuzzy method of Sugeno Inferential System for processing multi-parameter: distance, road density, refuges number with assertion value output on the graph applied in Dijkstra Algorithm. The route determination used Dijkstra Algorithm because it was capable to determine the best-true route based on the smallest weight from one point to another. The result delivered from 52 graph experiments containing 13 vertex, 44 edges, and 4 time was the best time, morning, afternoon, and night. The proper formed and graded graph were 48 graphs or 92.31%. Proving that route determination of Fuzzy-Dijkstra Algorithm can produce and be done the effective and efficient route.
