PENGGUNAAN COBIT 5 UNTUK PENILAIAN RESIKO DALAM SITUS E-MARKETPLACE DI INDONESIA

The development of e-marketplace in Indonesia with variety of advantages and convenience offered, making a lot of internet users began to switch to using the services of these sites in shopping transactions. Many users of online shopping sites that move from one site to another because they never feel the lack of service delivery from a site, it is one of the risks that must be faced by the sale and purchase sites. Cobit 5 as one of the IT governance framework, can measure some of the things such as performance, security and IT risk. This study focuses on evaluating the performance of online shopping sites based on the Cobit 5 for Risk framework.
