The report provides a detailed analysis of the Employer of Choice for Gender Equality (EOCGE) citation application data collected by the Federal Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), from 2013-2018. The analysis provides significant insights around employees' lived experiences in seven areas: 1. Leadership, strategy and accountability; 2. Developing a gender balanced workforce; 3. Gender pay equity; 4. Support for caring; 5. Mainstreaming flexible work; 6. Preventing gender-based harassment and discrimination, sexual harassment and bullying; and 7.
