Experimental study of the generation of acoustic vibrations in high Tc superconductors by pulsed electron beams

1992
The characteristics of ultrasonic vibrations during pulsed bombardment of a superconducting ceramic in the superconducting state have been studied. The temperature dependence of the amplitude of the acoustic signal generated by the electron beam in the ceramic in its superconducting state and in its normal state has been found experimentally.
