Electrochemical potential oscillations: The nickel-sulphuric acid system
1976
Studies on the interesting effects of current density, concentration of sulphuric acid, temperature, superposition of alternating current and addition of chloride ion, on the transpassive potential oscillations of the nickel-sulphuric acid system can all be interpreted in terms of the SR mechanism of Indira and Doss. The mechanisms suggested so far do not appear to be tenable even on a priori considerations.
