노인체육지도자들의 감정노동과 감정부조화 그리고 직무소진의 관계

The purpose of this study was to investigate how related emotional labor, emotional dissonance and job burnout of senior sports leaders using Structural Equation Modeling(SEM). Senior Sports Leaders including Seoul, Busan, Daegu and Gwangju province by using a convenience sampling method. A total 400 questionnaires were collected, and of those, 357 were used; 43 untruthful questionnaires were excluded. The data were recorded and analyzed using SPSS Win ver. 18. The AMOS 18. statistical computer package was used to do an exploratory factor analysis(EFA), confirmatory factor analysis(CFA), and structual equation modeling(SEM). The finding of the current study indicates that the research model with structural equation modeling(SEM) fits the two path variables including emotional labor, emotional dissonance and job burnout intention. moreover, the two research hypotheses were accepted and its result are the following . First, there was a significant causal relationship between surface acting and emotional dissonance. This result indicates that emotional labor increases as emotional dissonance increases. Second, emotional dissonance increases job burnout. This result indicates that emotional labor increases as job burnout increases.
