Investigation of rear SiO x /SiN x passivated solar cells under low irradiance intensities

The performance of rear SiO x /SiN x passivated solar cell under low-irradiance intensities has been investigated. A method, defined as the voltage divergence between derived Suns-V oc and Suns-V oc measurement is introduced to realize the behavior of solar cells under various irradiance conditions. According to certificated result, it shows SiO x /SiN x passivated PERC and full-BSF cell have consistency in efficiency dependence on irradiance conditions, even the low intensity with 200 W/m 2 .
