Although a turbo charging system generally utilized to improve the combustion efficiency of automobile internal combustion engines, a problem of its insufficient performance at low speed driving has not been solved in sprite of various researches and developments. This paper describes the process of the developments for the purpose of improvement of a vane type compressor, constituting a type of traditional mechanical charging system, i.e, to decrease friction loss power
