The invention essentially relates to an imaging system for chemical analysis, a sample of biological or biochemical (10), comprising - a device (40) of the sample support (10), - a device (20) optical detection, - a device (30) capable of illumination emitting a monochromatic light beam, and - a lens (f1) of large aperture. It is essentially characterized in that the lens (f1) is configured to, in the sample downstream (10): • focusing the exciting light beam reflected at a point (C) located in the focal plane (FF) of said objective lens (f1); and • transforming the beam of light re-emitted or scattered beam substantially parallel, and in that the system further comprises a device (70) of selective blocking of the light beam collected by said lens (f1).
