Shale gas fracturing flow-back waste liquid treatment method

2012
The invention relates to a shale gas fracturing flow-back waste liquid treatment method, which combines a water treatment physicochemical technology, a chemical oxidation technology and a biochemical technology and solves the problem of environmental pollution brought by shale gas development. After shale gas fracturing flow-back waste liquid is sequentially treated through coagulation, micro-electrolysis, Fenton composite persulfate catalytic oxidation, flocculation and sedimentation, hydrolytic acidification, biochemical treatment and adsorption filtration, the effluent can be discharged with standard level and can also be reutilized. The coagulation, and the flocculation and sedimentation are favorable for improving the organic matter removal efficiency; by using the micro-electrolysis, high-concentration and non-degradable organic matters in wastewater can be effectively degraded, metal ions can be removed and the biodegradability of the wastewater can be improved; the biodegradability of the wastewater can be further improved by using the hydrolytic acidification; the treatment efficiency of the wastewater can be improved by the biochemical treatment; and stable water qualityof effluent can be guaranteed by the adsorption filtration. Sludge discharged by a system is dehydrated through a plate-and-frame filter press; filtrate enters a coagulation treatment unit; and filter cakes are dried and subjected to brick making, or are subjected to curing.
