How to evaluate teachers' occupation ability is a difficult task, for which consists of many grey parameters. Created evaluation system to make grey parameter turned into white number, in which considered teachers' degree level qualification, years of hold a position, annual assessment, basic quantity of teaching, teaching quality evaluation, teaching business award, scientific research, high-end projects, comprehensive award and counselor work, etc. Compared and sorted teachers' occupation ability, used grey system theory to analyze, executed grey target decision. Considered the white number of assessing item, found out the best situation characters, and then executed grey incidence decision. Considered the weightiness of guideline in evaluation system executed grey variable weight incidence decision. The result of grey target decision, grey incidence decision and grey variable weight incidence decision is almost consentaneous. Evaluation system of the teacher's occupation ability based on grey system theory could avoid affection of man-made factors; make the evaluation result accord to teachers' real occupation ability, inspirit teachers to improve their own work.
