The effect of various poisons on mitochondrial antioxdative enzymes and their isozymes of pig liver

2004
Having applied various poisons such as benzidine, Hexachlorobenzene and Methamphetamine to infect toxicity in vitro the mitochondrial of pig liver , the resulted spectrum of antioxidative enzymes and their isozymes in the process of dealing in various times shows the tendency, that is, activiation→degrading→prohibition. The result also presents that the effect of toxicity may be a mechanism of free radical, and that with the more prolonging of the impact of poisons, the number of free radical carrying, antioxidative loving has been rapidly increasing ,which spoils the activation of GSH-pox and SOD against , resulting in the debating or depriving of them.
