Aspetti microbiologici della qualità di prodotti vegetali consumati da pazienti ospedalizzati: Isolamenti di ceppi di Aeromonas hydrophila

This study was performed to examine microbiological characteristics of vegetables products served in hospitals. The isolation of 5 5 strains of Aeromonas hydrophila is reported and the number of recognized species in the genus Aeromonas that have been reported to cause a wide variety of human infections is discussed.
