Fuzzy reliability analysis of subsea manifold structure

The subsea manifold is one of the key equipment of the subsea production system. The harsh working environment and tedious installation work challenge the safety of the subsea manifold. Once the subsea manifold structure fails, it will not only fail to protect the internal equipment, but also affect the subsea Christmas tree connected. Therefore, this paper carries out the reliability analysis of subsea manifold structure based on fuzzy fault tree model. First, the general configuration of the subsea manifold structure is analyzed, and the research object is determined; then, the fault tree is established according to the subsea manifold structure, and the reliability of the subsea manifold fault tree is obtained by combining the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method; finally, the importance analysis of the fault tree is carried out, and the results show that the failure of the lifting structure and protective structure of the subsea manifold has a high impact on the occurrence of the top event, which should be focus on.
