This paper,based on the current social development,discusses the need to establish a harmonious society using humanistic consideration in the sense that high-level humanistic consideration is required in the course of the set up of a harmonious society.The paper proceeds to analyze the practice of humanistic touch in terms of political,cultural,legal,educational as well as environmental development.It finally stresses the functions that humanistic consideration plays in establishing a harmonious society.
