On the College Sanction System in China

During the society transformation, affected by economic globalization and market economy’s negative part, the violating or illegal behavior of college teachers increases, which arouses more attention of society than ever. The absences of corresponding system, causes the vacancy and the confusion when the university punishes the teacher who violates laws. Based on analyzing the theory of university teacher’ sanction system and the reasons causing the illegal activities, it puts forward the relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
