The utility model relates to a three-phase photovoltaic grid-connected inverter, which comprises three inverter units with same structure and control units of various inverter units. The input terminals of various inverter units are respectively connected with energy storage units of in arrays of solar panels. After the star connection is completed, the input terminal of three inverter units can be connected with power network. The control unit comprises a data acquisition module which can collect various phase amplitudes and frequencies in power network and a main controller which controls the connection of inverter units with power network after the data collected by the data acquisition module are disposed. With high efficiency and reliability, the inverter enables the content of harmonic wave in current exported into power network to be very small and it is particularly applicable for the grid-connected photovoltaic power system whose power energy has relatively poor quality.
