: 为了研究苦参素通过线粒体凋亡途径对肝癌耐药细胞HepG2/ADM耐药性的影响及可能的机制，用MTT法确定苦参素作用浓度及细胞对化疗药的耐药性，Real-time PCR检测miR-181a及bim mRNA表达，Western blot检测Bim、caspase-3及caspase-9的表达。结果显示苦参素可逆转肝癌细胞的耐药性，其可能通过抑制miR-181a而提高Bim的表达，激活线粒体凋亡途径产生作用。.
