Research on multi-winding DSEM of the aerial ground power supply unit

This paper focused on the research of new pattern ground power supply unit for start, and major in the doubly salient electro-magnetic motor (DSEM). Based on sufficient analysis of the doubly salient generator, this paper adopted multi-winding DSEM to get a new type of machine which matches the demand of aeronautic ground power system. This motor is simple, reliable and lower cost. And the experimental results are obtained, which show that the system has excellent static and dynamic characteristic and high reliability.
