A retrospective view on some of the aspects of knowledge management and education subsystem in modern conditions

The modern society is a society of knowledge. A concept known as Knowledge Management is a subsystem of management which is developed in all economic and other organizations. The strategy and management of human resources in economic and other organizations have to be developed based on principles of the concept known as Knowledge Management. A scope of knowledge is organically connected with the educational system, i. e. a subsystem of the social system. All systems have to be managed in a systematic way in order to make them function efficiently and attain optimal results. The aim of this text is to indicate at the significance of the concept called Knowledge Management and the special contribution that educational system, economic and other organizations have in the development of this concept. .
