This article comes from a bibliographic research and its based on the specific characteristics biochemistry of the eccentric exercise (EE) which is a muscle damage mechanism with the reactive oxygen species (ROS) and it's also based on the effects of different antioxidant supplemental models in answer to oxidative stress markers and performance people under different exercises. The results show the EE are great ROS producers that influence the ATP production. They also show that antioxidant therapy presents discording results after the EE, that's why we need more researches. At least, the antioxidant combination may be an important way of accelerating the recuperation process and it can become a challenge to future researches.
