VILLAGE PLANNING STUDY IN THE FAST RESTRUCTURING: A CASE STUDY OF VILLAGE PLANNING IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE

Under the background that the population, employment and consumer demand structure of Zhejiang villages are rapidly changing, the village planning is featured by detailed evidence of planning technologies and various combination of planning categories. It is argued that the village planning should optimize urban-rural space through restructuring the settlements in rural area, improve industrial development of villages through industrial studies, accommodate to the change of villagers’ demand by exploring the approaches for equalized public service, and improve the implementation of village plan through effective measures.
