Analysis of Operation Strategies of the New Type Sharing Gymnasiums from the Perspective of Sharing Economy

Sharing gymnasium is a new type of gymnasium which provides fitness services for consumers with the help of Internet technology, intelligent devices and third-party payment platform. Taking “Health 2030” national fitness sharing gymnasium as an example, this paper introduces its main facilities, product technology, advantages and disadvantages and profitability and puts forward corresponding business strategies. Fitness facilities mainly include treadmill, spinning, rowing machine, skiing machine and yoga rope in the air; fitness courses are provided to help users with scientific fitness methods; in product technology, touch screen uses piezoelectric touch technology, and indoor ventilation is solved through the introduction of fresh air system. Compared with the traditional gymnasium, the sharing gymnasium has the advantages of low price, convenient and flexible fitness, intelligent sharing by online booking and single consumption settlement mode; compared with the general sharing gymnasium, it has a more comfortable environment experience, can better deal with security risks and can provide both fitness courses and sharing health facilities. After operation, the cost of a single sharing gymnasium can be recovered in about 19 months. In terms of operation, this paper argues that shared gyms need to find the market positioning and give full play to their own advantages; To choose a suitable place for resettlement; Online and offline marketing should go hand in hand; And focus on user experience and cultivate loyal users. This paper can provide some reference for understanding this new type of sharing gymnasium and its operation strategy.
