2009 
The past twenty years are marked by an evident shift in collective decision making procedures in all public sectors, with an increasing emphasis on decentralized coordination, collaborative learning and capacity building for joint monitoring and evaluation. The way change in theory and practice of governance has been generated in this process and the way this process has lead to collective learning on the public interest in the debates on the international frameworks for the provision of global public good and services (GPS) are the focus of this workshop. The workshop will provide background to the common concepts of governance of the IUAPVI network and focus on some major fields of study of the IUAP network. Language of the presentations and discussions: french and English.
