Ekstrakcija čvrstom fazom - primjena u bioanalitici

2020
In this review article, the technique of solid phase extraction and its application in bioanalytics is described. The article encompasses an overview of bioanalytical methods intended for therapeutic drug monitoring and pharmacokinetic studies. Furthermore, bioanalytical methods used in determination of disease markers, opiates, artificial stimulants and harmful substances absorbed via food and cosmetics are described. Various active sorbents, ranging from readily available modified silicagels and polymers to highly selective innovative sorbents such as nanomaterials, molecular imprinted polymers and immunosorbents are listed. Besides serum, plasma and urine, methods analysing other types of samples such as saliva, bronchial secretion, bone marrow, breast milk, meconium and hair are highlighted. Today, automation of bioanalytical methods is a necessity especially in clinical laboratories, thus methods utilizing solid phase extraction formats intended for analysis of a large number of samples such as 96-well plates and on-Zine columns are covered.
