长白山园池森林沼泽生态交错带植物叶功能性状研究 Study on Functional Traits with Plants of Changbai Mountain Forest-Swamp Ecotone

本研究对长白山园池森林沼泽生态交错带植物的6种功能性状:叶片厚度(LT)、叶体积(LV)比叶面积(SLA)、叶干物质含量(LDMC)、叶组织密度(LD)以及叶氮含量(LNC)进行了调查。通过对功能性状调查结果的相关分析及聚类分析研究发现,长白山园池森林沼泽生态交错带植物的各个叶功能性状之间有相关性,并根据其相关性特点可将其分为2类以及1个单独的性状。此外笔者运用层次聚类的分析方法,根据长白山园池森林沼泽生态交错带植物各叶功能性状的特点,可以将长白山园池森林沼泽生态交错带筛选出的19种植物分为3个不同的功能群组。研究发现,长白山园池森林沼泽生态交错带植物功能群组划分的主要依据是比叶面积(SLA)和叶干物质含量(LDMC)相结合。 This essay studied 6 functional traits with plants of Changbai Mountain forest-swamp ecotone: leaf thickness (LT), leaf volume (LV) and specific leaf area (SLA), leaf dry matter content (LDMC), leaf tissue density (LD) and leaf nitrogen content (LNC). Through the field work, the correlation analysis of functional traits survey and cluster analysis, it was found that there was a correlation between the leaf functional traits in the ecotones of Changbai Mountain forest-swamp ecotone, and could be divided into 2 classes and 1 separate characters. In addition, using the method of hierarchical clustering analysis, according to the characteristics of functional traits with plants of Changbai Mountain forest-swamp ecotone, 19 species wetland plants could be grouping into 3 functional strategy groups. The study found that the main basis for the plant functional group division in the forest-swamp ecotone of Changbai Mountain was the combination of specific leaf area (SLA) and leaf dry matter content (LDMC).
