Satellite Communication Based on Non-Continuous Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing

2020
In order to improve the spectrum utilization efficiency of satellite communications, a non-continuous orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (NC-OFDM) satellite communication method based on cognitive radio is proposed. Through modeling and simulation of NC-OFDM system, sub-carrier allocation method and power control algorithm are proposed, and the interference of the primary user is analyzed. A sub-carrier allocation method based on spectrum sensing is proposed to achieve the effective use of spectrum holes in the NC-OFDM satellite communication system. And a power allocation algorithm based on hybrid genetic algorithm particle swarm optimization is proposed to achieve adaptive allocation of channel resources. System simulation results and interference analysis show that, based on the proposed technology, the spectrum utilization of satellite communications can be improved. Under the condition of adopting spectrum sensing and adaptive channel access technology, spectrum compatibility between the NC-OFDM satellite communication system and primary user can be realized.
