Condenser arrangement for light and / or dark-field illumination for light microscopes

2004
A condenser arrangement for bright and / or dark-field illumination for light microscopes comprising in a housing (1) consisting of at least one basic lens optical system, a switchable front of the basic optics into the illumination beam path of the front optics (7, 8) and means for introducing the front optics (7, 8 ) in the illumination beam path of the microscope. The housing (1) of the condenser, a first and a second swiveling arm (2, 3) pivotally arranged, wherein the first swivel arm (2) a first front optic unit (8) having a high aperture for bright-field illumination and the second pivot arm (3) a second front optics (7) carries for dark field illumination. Both pivot arms (2, 3) are at a defined distance to the common base of the condenser optics in the optical axis direction (9) of the illuminating beam path disposed. It is an aperture iris diaphragm (10) provided on the object side in front of the basic optics, which is opened with power cardioid. a dark-field slide (24) is on the object side on the housing (1) further provided with an annular mirror element. Control elements (5, 6) serve for pivoting the two pivot arms (2, 3), for moving the dark-field slide (24) and for setting the aperture iris diaphragm (10).
