Syntheses, Structures, and Properties of Biphosphinines Tethered Aromatic π-System

The syntheses of a series of biphosphinine derivatives inserted an aromatic π-spacer have been achieved. Their absorption, emission properties, and electrochemical behavior are also disclosed.
