Design of animal liquid manure field spreading machine model suited to small scale crop production farms

In order to improve the liquid manure spreader, a study on the design of animal liquid manure field spreader was conducted. The traction force of the prototype showed 1,062 kgf in 10 ‡p deep, and it was 1,214 kgf in 15 ‡pdeep from the ground surface of paddy field. In the upland field, the traction force of the prototype showed 1,000 kgf in 10 ‡pdeep, and it was 1,300 kgf in 15 ‡pdeep from the ground surface. In the manure spreading uniformity tests, the manure spreading volume difference from each nozzle for subsurface injector showed 2 % level at the tank pressure of 80 §ae. The spreading uniformity of the boom nozzle type liquid manure surface spreader showed the C.V. value of 5.2 %. The uniformity of the wheel axle height adjustable liquid manure surface spreader in the central parts showed C.V. value of 6.9 %.
