A study of cost control system in the construction project of removing danger and reinforce engineering in KeKeYa reservoir in Shanshan County of Sinkiang

As the core of enterprise management, cost management improves the economic benefits of the construction enterprise, enhances its managerial and administrative expertise, increases its competitiveness, and boosts its employee's enthusiasm for construction. On the basis of the application of cost control system in the construction project of removing danger and reinforce engineering in KeKeYa reservoir in Shanshan County of Sinkiang, the author of this thesis have systematically elaborated the project's cost estimation and budget, conducted an earn value analysis on it, and formulated cost control measures.
