On the Opportunities and Challenges from the Financialization of Human Capital

As our country enters into the aging society,the problems of pension security have drawn more and more attention.The financialization of human capital begins to step on the stage of enterprise's human resource management,which will meet the staff's needs to guarantee the stability and increase of wealth value,and have important implications for increasing the cohesive force in enterprise and retaining talents.This paper introduces the financialization of human capital,analyzes the opportunities and challenges from the financialization of human capital,as well as puts forward some proposals to the human capital in order to make it develop smoothly.
