Simulation of the Parameters and Temperature Characteristics of the BAW QCR based Sensors

There are some approaches to simulating parameters and temperature characteristics of piezoelectric devices based on a quartz crystal resonator (QCR) on bulk acoustic waves (BAW). The paper deals with the simulation of parameters and temperature characteristics of QCR based sensors obtained from an exact one-dimensional solution of piezoelectric plate vibration equations. Maplesoft Maple™ environment is used for simulation.
