Use of Social Media in The workplace Case Study Of Saudi Public-Sector Employees

The research reveals that Social Media has many positive and negative effects on theworkplace. In addition, it divulges that there are a growing number of Social Media users inSaudi Arabia. This research focuses on a sample of Saudi employees who work in the publicsector only. This study was conducted in an effort to contribute to the existing literature ofSocial Media and the workplace while providing policy makers, employers and employeeswith knowledge regarding this matter. The results show that the more employees use SocialMedia, the more positive the feel about their use in work.
