Property Control of T52L Continuous Hot-rolled Plate for Automotive Frame

Aided by the actual measurement of 1 700 mm continuous hot rolling production in WISCO,this paper studies the optimized ingredient design,control rolling and control cooling of hot-rolled strip steel T52L.It optimizes the T52L's chemical constitution and analyses the influence of chemical constitution and rolling technology on yield strength,tensile strength,elongation percentage and cold bent performance.On this basis,it has discussed how to control the performance and construct the mechanical property control model of T52L steel,with the aim of providing theoretical guidance for industrial production.
